The main sex hormones testosterone and estrogen have been thought to play a role in the development of type 2 diabetes. Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) is a kind of protein which regulates the biological activity of these sex hormones. And coffee consumption, it turns out, increases plasma levels of SHBG.

Coffee is not only loved but also celebrated worldwide! It’s full of essential minerals and Antioxidants to nourish the body. Nevertheless, if you consume heavily, this may amount to the negative effects too!
